The homeowners chose to add this transition threshold rather than stagger into the existing wood flooring in the Kitchen, Dinette, and Foyer. Wood flooring was installed in the Walkway, Hallway, Study, and Stair Treads, sanded and finished with one coat of "Dri-fast" stain and three coats of Bona Kemi satin "Traffic" water-based urethane.
These photos serve as a good example of just how well our Dust-Free Floor Sanding works. We did not hang any plastic for the duration of this project (not even on the carpet) and the furniture in the Living Room and Dining Room was not moved or covered.
