Collection #1 - White Oak stair treads with golden oak stain and satin oil-based urethane. The staircase features a custom Steps By Design Rolling arcs tread pattern. Flooring is a 7" Rift and Quarter Sawn white oak flooring with golden oak stain and satin oil-based urethane.
Collection #2 - 11" Heart Pine flooring installed, sanded lightly with a buffer and a sanding screen, one coat of stain, and three coats of satin-sheen oil-based urethane.
Collection #3 - Reclaimed pine flooring with a light stain and satin-sheen finish. It also features a great view of Lake Zumbro!
Collection #4 - The homeowners chose to add this transition threshold rather than stagger into the existing wood flooring in the Kitchen, Dinette, and Foyer. Wood flooring was installed in the Walkway, Hallway, Study, and Stair Treads, sanded and finished with one coat of "Dri-fast" stain and three coats of Bona Kemi satin "Traffic" water-based urethane.
These photos serve as a good example of just how well our Dust-Free Floor Sanding works. We did not hang any plastic for the duration of this project (not even on the carpet) and the furniture in the Living Room and Dining Room was not moved or covered.
Collection #5 - This St. Paul residence had damage around the perimiter of this bath. In an effort to save the good flooring in the center of the space we cut out for a border, repaired sub-flooring and wrapped the border in Brazilian Cherry and Maple of different widths.
Collection #6 - In this Minnetonka residence a "Bo-flex" float sport floor system was installed. Game lines were applied and coated with and additional two coats of water-based sport finish.
Collection #7 - here are some examples of how we bring our hoses into buildings - both single unit and multi-unit.
Collection #8 - This collection highlights some of the more exotic woods installed by Jewell Hardwood - Caribbean Rosewood and Zebra wood.
